Little Yarra Creperie

I love this place! I find it very hard to go past ordering a galette, as I prefer them to the crêpes, but both are excellent. You'll definitely be tempted to return and work your way through the menu. You can work off any 'calorie guilt' by going for a walk on the Darebin Trail nearby. Business owners Bianca and Dougal are lovely, and I'm thrilled for them (though selfishly a little disappointed for myself!) that word is getting out about this neighbourhood gem.

I’m still on cloud nine after winning a 3-course meal giveaway at this charming creperie! The dishes were absolute perfection: Persian Love Crêpe: A floral masterpiece with rose-scented crème, vanilla ice cream, and pomegranate molasses. Flamboyant and fun! Smoked Trout Pâté: Silky, smoky, and sensational, served with lavosh and cornichons. Pure luxury! Fig & Fromage Galette: A heavenly buckwheat galette with Délice des Crémiers cheese wheel, fresh figs, and maple glazed walnuts. Buttery, salty, and utterly sexy! Smoky Goat Galette: A savory symphony of Meredith Dairy goats cheese, spicy free-range chorizo, sweet cherry tomatoes, and a hint of heat from the house-made chilli jam, all tied together with fresh rocket! The atmosphere was lovely, the coffee was delicious and the staff were warm and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend! (And yes, I won this meal for free, but trust me, it's worth every penny!) Will definitely be back

What a delightful hidden treasure this place is! Hidden in the backblocks of Thornbury in a factory complex, this place is the real deal for French style delicious buckwheat crepes (as well as a range of delicious drinks and French goodies). The owners are very friendly and as a bonus, the place is also dog friendly!

Really delicious crepes! There’s plenty of savoury and sweet options to choose from. We had the smoky goat cheese crepe with chilli jam and the one with Camembert (sorry, forgot to get a shot of the new menu with the names of the creoes on it). We loved both of them. The coffee here was also amazing. Like, really good. The service was great too. Friendly and chatty. It’s a nice industrial space the place is located in. Well behaved hounds are also allowed in which is very civilised in the French style! This is such an easy spot to get to btw. Walkers and cyclists on the adjacent Darebin Creek trail just face a tiny walk of 100 yards or so. It’s a really good place here. We’ll be back!

Without question the most delicious and best value french style crepes and galettes in Melbourne! We had the best experience here, especially with my wife being GF and FODMAP which was catered for expertly. Don't let the industrial area fool you, this place has such character and charm that will make you feel right at home, which is greatly increased by how welcoming and warm the staff are. You will NOT find a better crepe or galette in Melbourne! This should be 10 stars!

My favourite crepe place in Melbourne! Bianca, Dougal, and the team serve up the most delicious crepes and galettes in both classic and creative flavours. Service is always wonderful and they make a great coffee too. We also attended one of their crepe making classes too which was so much fun and we learnt a lot about the art of crepe making. Highly recommend checking them out!

Great food and vibe service was very quick, enough tables for everyone no wait for a table and a very short wait for food and drinks. Colouring sheets for kids, every first timer got a golden ticket for a free crepe next order which was helpful and made the kids feel special. Really great place will be back soon

I recently stumbled upon Little Yarra Crêperie and couldn’t be happier about it. They offer both savory and sweet crêpes, and I opted for a savory one—the Galette Complète with spinach. This traditional Breton dish features crêpe filled with ham, cheese, and egg, and the addition of spinach provided a delightful twist. The crêpe was crispy and perfectly cooked, and the coffee was spot on too. What really stood out to me was the vibe and decor. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you could sit all day, relaxing, catching up with a friend, or even getting some work done. It’s not a spot I would normally discover, tucked away in an industrial area. But I happened to be visiting a business nearby and was thrilled to spend some time there. I love how spacious the coffee shop is, with doors on each side, which give it a nice breeze. Also, a special note that the bathroom was very clean. I look forward to coming back and trying the sweet crêpes. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out!
